The Challenge
As "boots on the ground", I see gaps between the design and the real world application. On-site analysis for remodels and additions should occur before plans are drawn.
While MEP consultants are engaged in the design phase, the "P" in the equation is often overlooked. I work with MEP consultants to implement better solutions and to guide the team toward the practical application of the build design, helping to avoid costly changes.
